Thursday, October 8: Powers of the Circle

The use of the Circle as a symbol and as sacred space in Wiccan and Pagan practice. Creating and working with different types of circles in personal and group rituals. Use of ritual tools, visualization, sound, gestures, and movement in circle work. Circles for centering, honoring, protection, meditation, healing, well-being, and celebration.

Bring a 9 foot length of cord, rope, or ribbon to use in a personal circle making rite.



Thursday, October 15: Sacred Circle Connections

Circle casting and uncasting styles, strengths, and methods. Sacred circles as spirals and spheres. Aligning ritual circles and mapping consciousness with deities, elements, directions, spirit of place, and other Divine forces.

Bring a wand, dowel, or stick (between 6 and 24 inches long) to use.



Thursday, October 22: Circles of Transformation

Raising and directing spiritual power in sacred circles. Working with cones of power, portals, networked circles, trance dance, and circles within circles. Creating community. Samhain circles.

Bring a quartz crystal to use, some light fare food (cheese, crackers, veggies, dip, fruit, nuts) to share, a chalice to drink cider from, and a personal or household symbol of Samhain to energize.
