Blessed, truly

This may seem silly to some but I am truly blessed when it comes to my fiance. His day started out at 2:38 am when Chloe wanted to go out. The again at 4:30 am/ He fed her at 5 and tried to stay awake until 6:30 to give her, her pill.

I slept until 8 which is LATE for me. He slept until 9:30-ish. While I was getting my taxes done at Noon and then to the grocery, he started the laundry and did all the dishes, He refuses to use the dishwasher.

When I came home I was beat (PMS-ing). I ate lunch offered to make him lunch and he said he'd get something later. He had also picked up the apartment. Then he vacuumed and EDGED all the rooms. Let me take a nap and during that time finished more laundry and put a bunch of stuff away to make more room, plus made the bed. When I thanked him, he said " For what?" When I told him he said, "Oh, no biggie" and shrugged his shoulders. The he said "You had a hard week and I have a bunch of energy to burn off"

I finished putting the last load in the dryer and folded the other load. He asked ME if I needed hlelp, lol! I felt like such a slug. I've never had a man like this before and I still have to pinch myself that he will be my husband in June!!

Plus he had a toothache! Gah!

Now that we have a place for the wedding and reception, in Indiana, we haev started to plan our honeymoon. We are going to the Smokey Mountains! YAY!

And as I have become enamoured with the Foxfire Books (currently purchased 1 & 2) we are going to their museum in Rabun County Georgia. Will hopefully be making reservations at a cozy cabin type place. WOOT! So excited!! Plus, spoke to my friend D today in Kansas and she will be coming to the wedding. Even more excited!!!!!

Wilder's Cabin Replica, Kansas

After seeing Mikki's cabin, they will soon be living in, I had to post this photo. It is a replica of the cabin Laura Ingalls Wilder's family lived in, it is located in Kansas.

What is your Irish Name?

http://www.blogthings.com/irishnamegenerator/

Couldn't figure out to put it in my post like Jenny did. It is Aislyn O'Connor.

Florida

The top photo shows dolphins way in the the back, between the post and the peninsula. Frank on the beach looking for sharks teeth (unsuccessful), my dad and then the pool and the cat in the background (behind the pool ladder). Enjoy!

Here are some photos from our trip to Florida. That is my dad (75 yrs young) doing an Jagermeister shot. Looks pretty good after having a 5 way by-pass in November?!

My friend Deborah and I thought this was the most unusual name for a church. Beecher Bible and Rifle Church. We found it on our way home from the Wizard of Oz Museum in Kansas.
