Blessed Samhain

Blessed Samhain everyone! I will post about our wonderful(and for me emotional) ritual tomorrow. Wonderful new members, good food, and great friends. I'm beat!

Boooooooooooo!

Somewhere I lost a follower. Sad. I know, I haven't been very good about blogging. I spend a lot of time reading other blogs!!!! And I am SO behind! 1000+ entries I need to catch up on.

Last Sunday at our Circle, we called upon help from Hecate. It was so beautiful. I made Fall mOOn Cakes for the ritual. (Link to recipe somewhere in an earlier post).

Funny thing was, after the ritual I felt....almost a healing. I had a horrible Friday at work and stressed about it most of the weekend. Sunday, after ritual it seemed to float away. And Monday I felt more confidant and stronger to deal with the stress from that Friday. Plus, it's carried over.

Blessed Samhain

So, I decided not to go to thr group Samhain event for several reasons. BIggest one was my instinct said "stay home". Not sure why.

Other being the delicateness of my stomach the last few days. Urp. I think part of the problem is I ran out of Prilosec, so we will be stopping at the pharmacy today.

So I found a nice small ritual on my wiccan newsletter for Samhain to honor pets. Short and sweet. If it had been anything else, I would not have been able to do it. Still a bit painful.

As the veil is still very thin, I may do some rememberances tonight.
