Here is the nest I made for Hope over at Pixie's Ponderings for the Nest Swap hosted by Viv over at Viv Out On A Whim. Now that it has arrived safely, I can post a photo.

I am all finished with the my partners nest for Viv Out On a Whim's Nest Swap. My partner is Hope from Pixie's Ponderings so my nest will be sailing across the pond! I also used some of my new craft supplies from the Vintage Craft Supplies swap I participated in!

I was so overwhelmed with the wonderful goodies she sent.

On another note my mom and stepdad will be here tomorrow!!!! I miss them so much. They live in Indiana and winter in Arizona. I get to see them twice a year when they are on their way to and from Indiana (yep, I'm a Hoosier! And I went to IU and I have my great-uncles Hoosier Cabinet.)

Happy Saturday!!

Sort of. I had a really sharp pain in my knee a few weeks ago. I made an appointment with my doctor and she could tell immediately that I had Joint Effusion. Swollen knee in one area. I had a knee x-ray and she gave me a prescription for an anti-inflammatory (because I was too chicken to get a cortisone shot on the spot). I go back on the 16th and will probably have to have the shot then. I am making my mother go with me since she will be in town (Mommy!!). I will need to be off my feet for 3 weeks from my part time job at the bookstore. My day job involve sitting at the computer. Whee!

On another note this enables me to finish getting all my goodies together for Chris in the Vintage supply swap. We are perfectly paired. Thanks Elizabeth!!!

I received my Spoonflower order. The girl who packed my order made cute comments on my choices. So sweet! I want to make some pillows for our bedroom and some kitchen items. This we site is very, very dangerous.....beware!!!
